AZ Cookbook is now on AZRU TV!

Dear friends,
I am very happy to announce that I now have my own program - AZ COOKBOOK - on AZRU TV, online Azerbaijani TV in the Russian language. My first program was “aired” a few days ago. Those of you who do not speak Russian - I will post all the recipes from the programs in English on this blog. So you can read a recipe here and turn to the video to see me in action and to get a better idea of how a certain dish is prepared.
So, here it comes, my debut.
Special thanks to the wonderful team of people who made this program happen - my friend Viktoria Aliyeva for filming, ASG production for editing and AZRU channel for the opportunity.

Congrats! Will you be airing any in Azerbaijani? I would love to show some people in my community, but I fear they may not get all the cooking technical things in Russian…
