Hello, I am currently sitting on the couch absolutely stuffed after a delicious meal of cabbage rolls! I used your recipe, and absolutely LOVE the coriander and dill combination in the meat. We enjoyed a nice fresh salad, creme fraiche and some homemade flat breads along with the cabbage rolls, what a great meal! Thank you for your recipe!

Thanks,

Caitlin

P.S I used Savoy cabbage and it worked perfectly, no problems with ripping, it is quite durable!

Farida
How odd I have never seen a perfect cabbage with tender leaves anywhere in the US; I will look some more at the Asian stores. Perfect photo, very enticing!

This looks so good Farida! I make a Polish version, called Golubki, which is very similar to this - and have yet to make them this winter. That is going to change very soon! Thanks for the reminder!

Oh Fari, I can almost taste them from here. What a warm, satisfying dish you made!

My DM used to make these, and my brother and I loved them, so you'd think I would've tried making my own by now.

I think it's (mostly) due to fear of not being able to replicate the dish by memory alone.
But I have to save your wonderful recipe, and head on over to my local market; I've seen Chinese cabbage there, so I have no excuses.
