This is delicious. Also if you have a cabbage that leaves are so tight, you can boil the cabbage as a whole. Then you can pull of the leaves.
Oh, Farida, it looks so great.
Thanks.

This is a really great dish and very popular in my family! I always serve it with garlic sauce (chopped fresh garlic mixed with mayo, lemon juice chopped cilantro, salt and pepper). Also my suggestion for cabbage: you can use any cabbage as long you freeze it for couple days and then when it is defrosted the leaves are so flexible that you can roll it in any direction. It will save a lot of time

Hello, I am currently sitting on the couch absolutely stuffed after a delicious meal of cabbage rolls! I used your recipe, and absolutely LOVE the coriander and dill combination in the meat. We enjoyed a nice fresh salad, creme fraiche and some homemade flat breads along with the cabbage rolls, what a great meal! Thank you for your recipe!

Thanks,

Caitlin

P.S I used Savoy cabbage and it worked perfectly, no problems with ripping, it is quite durable!

Farida
How odd I have never seen a perfect cabbage with tender leaves anywhere in the US; I will look some more at the Asian stores. Perfect photo, very enticing!
