Insurance and tracking are not included in Media Mail® shipping costs, and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail. Please contact us if you would like to arrange to pay for insurance or tracking.

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Tea bags should be unopened. Buyer responsible for shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions. We'll issue a refund within two days after we receive the item(s).
