If you have a lamb rack sitting in your fridge, and a hungry family sitting at a table demanding to be fed, don’t fret—you can fix a super easy quick meal with lamb chops. Meat lovers love lamb chops. When the lamb is perfumed with thyme, it becomes extra delicious.
Notice that no marinating is required in this recipe. The key is to use good quality lamb chops and very fragrant dried thyme (mine came from Azerbaijan; so aromatic!). You can fry the chops in a little bit of butter (I prefer clarified butter for deeper flavor) or grill them on a lightly greased indoor grill. Your choice. You’ll enjoy the chops either way.
