I can not believe i did not find this blog ever since your first post. I am from Azerbaijan, born in Baku raised in Lankaran. I grew up eating the most delicioius food ever like borcht, kebabs, dolma, baklava, cakes, kefta bozbash and just all the best.
Right now i am so grateful that i found your blog, i can cook all the Azeri food again since i live in New York now.
I’m gonna be staying up all night reading all your posts.
You have no idea how happy you’ve made me
