In Russia we have a similar recipe, but we use sour cream with the filling. I like this so much more, it's less fatty and tastes amazing with all the herbs. 
A question about eggplants, where do you buy yours? The eggplants at my local Whole Foods are very chunky, not at all like your skinny eggplants. I had a lot of trouble preparing my eggplants.</description>
